Summer Picnic

Oh I’m already in denial that summer is over. I couldn’t just let go of it yet without sharing this beauty. I think this is my favorite outfit so far this year. I’m completely, utterly in love. It took many bits and pieces to put it all together but the end result is super cute. I know I will be wearing this more come next year. I hope you like it as much as I do. Till next time…

All Striped Out

Summer is really being wonderful this year. I sure am enjoying every bit of it. Even though there is some extremely humid days I still try to make the best out of them. For example few weeks ago weekends were borderline unbearable how hot it was. This outfit was from one of those hot days. I was outside for maybe half an hour all together and the rest of the time I was indoors either having bubble tea at a local shop or home where the AC is working. Can you believe it I’m also not wearing a dress, shocker I know. I do wear pants I promise but summer and spring time skirts and dresses are my go to looks. This is one of those universal jumpsuits. I wear it all year round. It’s light enough for hot summer days and as the weather changes I just layer it for the appropriate season. I also have one in black I blogged about it I think last year. Little details from this post that I love are the banana earrings. I bought a bunch of fruity set from forever 21, so adorable. Anyways, have you guys have fun summer and till next time…

The Right Horizontal

This season was all about ruffles and I love it. I think I got like 20 dresses with ruffles that I didn’t even get a chance to wear. I know it’s a shopaholic problem but I just love clothes and fashion. This is another outfit from vacationing upstate. I was in my momma’s back yard, look at those beautiful flowers in the background. This dress is just so lovely and pretty and I know that there are some kind of unwritten rules about short curvy girls unable to wear horizontal stripes and God forbid ruffles with boobs, just unheard of. Well I’m here to break those rules (always a rebel ) to prove many wrong. I totally was singing the song I feel pretty, oh so pretty when I was wearing this dress. I always stick to: it’s not what you wear it’s about how you carry your self. I hope you enjoyed this post, till next time…

Let Nature take it’s Course

Trying to blog with still semi small child is close to impossible. Lately it just makes me want to give up yet I keep pushing through. I am doing this for my self, because it makes me happy and another thing is that I manage to inspire some of you and I find that to be so amazing. This outfit is from our upstate vacation, I am in my mom’s garden and in front of our old garage. I used to play basketball there and be all tom boyish, yes I said boyish because I was always a girly girl but also played sports and my best friends were always boys. This dress was a recent purchase from Ann Taylor and it is a perfect dress for summer. It is breathable for those humid New York days and dressy enough for work and play so multi-purpose all in all.  Hope you all are having fun summer and playing dress up. Till next time…

Mr. Mr. Snapchat Filter

Love is love is love is love. Past weekend was so much fun. A very close friend of mine got engaged and I couldn’t be more happier for him. I attended the party with my little family to celebrate love because it honestly was love all around. First of all it was my 7th wedding anniversary and my friend was celebrating what I hope to be a lifetime of happiness and health. As for the outfit I wore this more forgiving dress because my God they had so much food, also you know me I have to be comfortable. Heels went off very quickly at the party, even though they were way to adorable for some reason they did not feel all that comfortable. I don’t know if it was the heat or just that they are not comfortable. I will find out next time I wear them I guess. At the party because of my floral crown they all called me live snapchat filter, I thought that was so funny and very true come to think of it. I hope you all are enjoying your summer. Till next time…

Little bit monochromatic vibes and bubble tea time with my loves. Too bad weekends are only two days because I could get used to this relaxing time and beautiful weather spent with two of my favorite humans. Till next time, enjoy life …

Feeling Retro

Sunny days are ahead of us, so Amen to that. This is from two weeks ago random outing with family. It was a beautiful day, little bit windy but can’t complaint much. This dress I had for a while and I do wear it quite a lot. My favorite part is that you can dress it up or dress it down, versatility is always a big plus in my book. Share your thoughts and till next time…
